This trip is designed for women interested in surfing and the surf lifestyle, whether you are just starting out or already an experienced longboarder. No prior surf experience is required, as professional lessons are included to support skill development at all levels.

Participants should feel comfortable swimming in the ocean, but no prior surf experience is required! The breaks we surf at are well-suited to beginner through advanced longboarding, including Amy’s favorite local longboard break.

Deep self-discovery is woven throughout the Dream Life experience through intentional practices designed to support reflection, emotional release, and inner clarity. This includes guided modalities such as 9D breathwork, which uses sound, breath, and somatic awareness to access deeper states of presence and insight.

Where legally available and appropriate, some trips may also include optional, carefully held plant medicine experiences facilitated by trusted practitioners. These experiences are approached with respect, intention, and integration, and are offered as tools for self-inquiry rather than escape.

All practices are optional and designed to support personal awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful insight, allowing each participant to engage at a level that feels safe and aligned for them.

Nourish your body, mind, and spirit through yoga and women’s circles designed to support grounding, presence, and self-connection. Yoga and spirituality have been foundational in Amy’s personal journey, serving as tools for mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness.

Women’s circles create space for reflection, intention setting, and meaningful conversation, allowing you to connect with yourself and others in a supportive, judgment-free environment. These practices are not “workouts”, they are spiritual practices to get in touch with yourself and create clarity from within.

Each Dream Life Trip is intentionally curated to bring together a small group of like-minded women, creating a supportive and genuine community that extends well beyond the week of the trip.

Sisterhood is a core value of Dream Life Trips. These experiences are designed to foster connection and new friendships based on shared values. We create spaces where women support one another, share openly, and grow together. Dream Life girls leave with deep friendships, ongoing support, and a sense of belonging that continues long after the trip ends.

The temazcal is a traditional Mexican sweat lodge ceremony used for physical, emotional, and energetic cleansing. Guided by experienced local female practitioners, the ceremony involves heat, steam, herbs, and intention to support release, renewal, and grounding.

This experience is rooted in Indigenous tradition and is approached with respect for the culture and the land. Participation is optional, and guests are supported throughout to ensure the experience feels safe, intentional, and aligned with their comfort level.
