Dream Life Trips - Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS Deposit: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your

spot. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received by Dream Life Trips LLC

(“the Company”).

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the trip start date.

Failure to complete payment by this date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the online booking portal or other methods

approved in writing by the Company.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

If you cancel your participation:

- More than 45 days before departure: You will forfeit your deposit, but may receive a partial credit

toward a future retreat (subject to availability and administrative fees).

- Less than 30 days before departure: No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including

illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

Trip Cancellations by Company: Dream Life Trips LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip

due to low enrollment, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond

its control. In such cases, participants will receive a full credit toward a future retreat. The Company is

not responsible for any additional costs (flights, transfers, accommodations, etc.) incurred by

participants.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES Each participant is responsible for ensuring they

have a valid passport, visa (if required), and travel insurance for the trip destination. Dream Life Trips

LLC is not liable for denied entry, missed flights, or other travel disruptions due to lack of proper

documentation.

4. HEALTH, INSURANCE & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Participants are required to disclose any medical

conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to joining the trip. All participants are strongly encouraged to carry

comprehensive travel medical insurance that covers health care, evacuation, and trip cancellation. By

participating, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in activities

such as (but not limited to): surfing, yoga, swimming, hiking, water sports, and travel in remote areas.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER In consideration of being permitted to participate in

any Dream Life Trips LLC program, retreat, or excursion, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the

following:

- I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries,

illness, foodborne illness, property damage, and travel disruptions.

- I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, whether foreseeable or not, including those arising

from the actions or negligence of other participants, instructors, or third-party providers (such as surf

schools, yoga instructors, transport companies, or accommodation providers).

- I release, discharge, and hold harmless Dream Life Trips LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates,

contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my

participation.

- This release includes but is not limited to injury, illness, death, property damage, emotional distress,

and any financial loss that may occur before, during, or after the trip.

- I acknowledge that Dream Life Trips LLC acts as an intermediary for third-party vendors and does not

assume liability for their acts or omissions.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE I grant Dream Life Trips LLC and its affiliates the right to use

photographs, videos, and other media of me captured during the trip for marketing, promotional, and

educational purposes across digital and print platforms, without compensation. If I wish to opt out, I

must notify the Company in writing before the trip begins.

7. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR Participants are expected to act respectfully toward other guests, staff,

and local communities. Dream Life Trips LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip

without refund if their behavior endangers the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.

8. FORCE MAJEURE The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by

circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics,

strikes, weather, or governmental actions.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising

from participation in a Dream Life Trips program shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute

shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming state or federal courts, and participants consent to such

jurisdiction.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING By signing below, I confirm that I have read,

understood, and voluntarily agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver of Dream Life Trips

LLC. I understand that by signing, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Dream Life

Trips LLC for negligence or any claim arising from participation.
